Lavish Spaces Design Studio  Trading Terms and Conditions

• Initial Consultation Fee – R4200.00 (payable before first consultation session or meeting).
• Quotation provided after consultation.
• A 60% deposit is required upon acceptance of quotation.
• Balance of payment to be paid day before final delivery.
• All items remain the property of Lavish Spaces until paid for in full.
• No returns accepted for custom made products.
• Additional fees applicable for renders, floorplans, elevations etc.
